2.  Fill Out An Application.  This gets the ball rolling and helps us to ensure we have the right floor plan available for you.  Don't worry, it's easy - fill it out and send it electronically.  Download the application and email or fax it back to:

3.  Set-up A Tour.  If your like us you want to kick the tires a bit before you sign your life away.  Call, send us your application, or fill-out an online guest card.  We are here 7-days a week and are available at the drop of a hat to show your new home!

4.  Sign Your Lease.  We know, the yucky part - but don't worry, we have this down to a quick and painless process - you don't even need to stop in if you don't want to.  We email you your final lease agreement and paperwork.  Print, sign, return - simple huh?  We've got you covered!

5.  Relax.  Your done!  Now you can start the fun of packing....did we say fun?
